Product Description

EPS sandwich panel production line

The production line adopts advanced technology integrating pneumatic, electric and mechanicas, it's a special line for heat insulating color-steel sandwiching panel production.

The operation is in stepless speed, with computer, PLC controled, thus to realize the stable speed and simple operation on the machines.

Multiple length of finished panel can be achieved by computor system, as the user's requirements. The computer system has precise orientation and has timed display on the touch screen. And it has automatic counting and correcting.

While replacing the molding machine customized of the production line, it can produce 10 types of sandwiching panel.

Main Features:

 

1. The transmission of the sandwich panel laminator uses worm-worm gear transmission system, ensuring that lamination speed is stable and lamination is uniform.

 

2. The sandwich panel laminator uses the frequency regulator to automatically cut according to the pre-set sandwich panel length.

3. The sandwich panel laminator uses rubber-coated roller type laminator to protect the color paint on the colored steel as well as complete during the pressurizing of the sandwich panel.

4. The sandwich panel laminator has a high quality and thick wall rectangular steel welding method, which can get rid of the rust, polishing, smoothing and aging treament.
