                 Triple Layers Corrugated and Trapezoid Roofing Tile Roll Forming Machine

The three-layer tile pressing machine is an industrial equipment used to continuously press metal sheets (such as color steel sheets, galvanized sheets, aluminum sheets, etc.) into multi-peak corrugated shapes. It is mainly used to produce roofing, wall sandwich panels or single-layer corrugated sheets for construction. Its core feature is that it can form three layers of sheets with different structures at one time (such as two layers of metal sheets with an intermediate insulation layer), or achieve more complex tile shapes through multiple roller pressing. 1. Basic structure and composition

Unloading rack: Place metal coils (color steel coils, etc.) and support automatic unwinding.

Guiding and leveling device: Ensure that the sheet enters the pressing area flat.

Roller forming system (core part):

Multiple groups of rollers: divided into multiple processes such as initial pressing and precision pressing, gradually press the flat plate into the target tile shape (such as 840 type, 900 type, etc.).

Three-layer design: can simultaneously process the upper plate, lower plate and middle layer

Cutting device: hydraulic or pneumatic cutting, fixed-length cutting of finished products.
Control system: PLC automatic control, adjusting speed, length, pressure and other parameters.
Discharging station: Finished products are output and stacked.

2. Workflow
Feeding: Metal coils are loaded into the unloading rack, and the intermediate insulation material (if necessary) is fed in through the conveyor belt.
Profiling: The sheet passes through each group of rollers in turn and is gradually formed into a three-layer composite corrugated structure.
Compounding (if applicable): The middle layer insulation material is bonded to the upper and lower metal plates by bonding or high-temperature foaming.
Fixed-length cutting: Automatically cut after reaching the set length.
Discharging: Finished products are output to the stacking area.
