Details of Machines

 

1.Hydraulic loadingcar 
The uncoiler is a device for laying coils and unfolding metal coils.It adopts a single cantilever structure. When working,it relies on the support cylinder supported on the base to act on the telescopic inclined iron to tension the coils through the hydraulic cylinder.There is a brake wheel at the rear of the main shaft of the uncoiler to prevent the inertial rotation of the steel coil.
 

2.Hi Rollers Plate Leveling Machine  

The machine has a 4Hi structure.It is composed of a pair of rollers at the inlet and outlet ends,15 leveling rollers,a motor reducer,and a bracket base.Leveling roller:6 upper rollers and 7 lower rollers.The upper roller of the leveling machine is fixed on a rigid sliding block,which is driven by two pairs of screw pairs to lift and tilt,in order to change its leveling gap and leveling angle.That is,the upper and lower working rollers form harmonic attenuation straightening,improving the leveling quality of the sheet metal.
 

3..High Speed Continuous Plate Cutter

The steel belt is controlled by the NC computer to control the sizing device to output according to its set length,and the signal is transmitted to the machine to receive,that is,the equipment that automatically cuts the steel belt at a high speed. The cutting method is to cut the blade by driving the crankshaft from bottom to top through the oil motor and gear.When the equipment is cutting different plate thicknesses,the gap ofthe cross-cutting knife can be quickly adjusted through the outside.The four-sided cutting edge of each blade can be used,and it is easy to replace

4.Pneumatic Stacking Device                

Pneumatlc material unloading and stacking device:composed of cylnder,material rack longitudinal and transverse double-sided positioning mechanisms,etc.The stacking length and width are adjustable.Its function is to stack and automatically stack the cut plates.
